SPECIFICATIONS

Ring size = L

Metal thickness = 1mm

Tapered from 8mm at the bottom to 14mm at the top.

Metal allocation = 20 grams

One side of the ring is cut according to specifications. 

Two sides are cut and ready to be soldered with the middle strip

Middle strip is cut and filled according to shape

Two sides and the middle strip are soldered together.

Top strip is cut and ready to be soldered in order to close the ring at the top.

Ring is soldered at the top and emery papers are used to sand it. It is also ready to be polished.
